The New Patient /Recall exam, how to optimize case acceptance from the first meeting

Data collection Photography Workshop
The handover to reception as the crucial point in the patient’s journey
Diagnosis & Treatment Planning Workshop

Digital Smile Design workshop to provide transfer of templates for optimal patient before and after communication that is imperative for Case Acceptance

Transfer index on all attendees (digital scans and photographs required 1 week prior)

Day 2:8:00am

Preparation workshop for anterior preparation procedures on typodonts

Live patient over the shoulder treatments including digital transfers, preparation techniques, digital and analogue impressions techniques, provisionalisation and occlusion management

LUNCH: 12-1pm

Specialist overview Oral Medicine, Endodontics, Periodontics & Max Fax and their roles in Treatment Planning and Clinical Sequencing

Materials Workshop including material choice overviewing optimal bond strengths, choice of materials for life expectancy and cost

Practice Management & Profit

Navigate the balance between clinical excellence and transferring that skill into running a successful business with Profit as a foundation for your practice growth

An overview of the life of a dental practice will be presented to enable you to see the steps to take your practice through the 4 stages of growth and development: Survival, Growth, Profit, & Transition
